  • 1) Please report to the starting point 15 minutes before departure with this ticket.

  • 2) Tourist will have to carry their goods at their own risk.

  • 3) Extra charges will be levied for personal passenger baggage above 20 kgs.

  • 4) The tours are subject to cancellation due to breakdown of the vehicle. In this case full amount of ticket will be refunded.

  • 5) Any delay or inconvenience during journey beyond our control will not be entertained on the spot.

  • 6) Contraband articles are not permitted to be carried and such passengers will be left out at the check point.

  • 7) We will not be held responsible for the failure of air conditioner .

  • 8) Carriage of explosives and inflammable materials is not permitted in the bus.

  • 9) Your congenial behavior is expected in public places.

  • 10) The passengers will not be picked up en-route.

  • 11) Children above the age of 3 ½ yrs will be charged full amount.

  • 12) Customer should not keep any valuables / or cash in any place of the bus. Any claim arising out of the same shall not be entertained by us. The passengers are expected to carry such valuables or cash at their own risk and they will be responsible for the same.

  • 13) 25% per seat + Transaction Charges is charged if cancelled, postponed or preponed 24hrs Prior to departure time of the journey and In the Last 24 hours Prior to departure No refund for postponement and cancellation.

  • 14) Return Journey ticket will not be cancelled or postponed.

  • 15) In case of open ticket the fare prevailing at the time of confirmation of journey will be charged.

  • 16) Smoking, consumption of alcohol, eating, littering & carry of pets on board is strictly prohibited in the coach.

  • 17) Sms message is only for confirmation of journey but, travelers should submit their ticket (hand copy) while boarding.

  • 18) ID proof is compulsory for verification while boarding and travelling in our bus .

  • 19.All passengers entering Maharashtra states shall be mandatorily required to carry either (a) copy of the final vaccination certificate showing that the 2nd dose of vaccine was taken atleast 15 days prior to date of travel OR (b) RT-PCR negative certificate from an ICMR accredited lab with the sample being collected less than 72 hours from the start of travel.

  • 20.All passengers entering Karnataka states shall be mandatorily required to carry either (a) copy of the final vaccination certificate showing that the 2nd dose of vaccine was taken atleast 15 days prior to date of travel OR (b) RT-PCR negative certificate from an ICMR accredited lab with the sample being collected less than 72 hours from the start of travel.
